We're Accredited

College of Education Accreditation

The College of Education is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and all its Educator Preparation programs are approved by the Alabama Department of Education.

The College of Education at Auburn University at Montgomery received full recognition of CAEP accreditation at both the initial and advanced licensure levels in May 2021. The next CAEP site visit will occur in Fall 2027.
