Apartments
AUM apartments are reasonably priced, and there are no hidden fees or gimmicks. Unlike many other places, here you won’t pay extra for utilities or amenities such as cable TV and laundry services. Campus living puts you right where the action is! Our Wellness Center, The Roost cafeteria, library, and your friends are just a few steps away from your desired living hall. Our Residence Life programs make it easy to get involved and meet other students, fostering lifelong friendships.
Our housing community offers something for everybody– private rooms, rooms for up to four-people, and even a family-friendly option. Also, different amenities are offered at different price points, so the options are many. Check out each hall to see what is the best fit for you.

Our residence halls are new or recently renovated and just a few steps from AUM classrooms. Many have a spectacular view of campus and all have amazing amenities. Parking is free and close by. Each apartment has a kitchen and access to in-house computer labs, free laundry areas and study lounges. Free cable TV and free high-quality internet services are other amenities you’ll enjoy.
AUM offers housing to individuals or groups attending conferences or internships in the Montgomery area when space is available.
