P-40 Place is the newest addition to our residential community. Named after the “P-40 Warhawk Plane” that is the inspiration behind AUM’s “Warhawk” nickname, it is located in the middle of the residential area on campus. P-40 Place is styled after an airplane hanger with exposed beams and wide hallways, which also serve as communal living spaces. Unlike any other residence hall at AUM, P-40 Place offers both wide open spaces for social activity, and the privacy of individual rooms and study rooms.
The Commons, an eight-story apartment tower, combines comfort and security with the ultimate in privacy. Well-lit parking areas adjoin the entrance to the building. For convenience, there are several outdoor areas with grills and picnic seating. The Commons is located just off of AUM drive.
The Courtyards offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom efficiency apartment options. All units contain bedroom furniture, including bunkable beds (to increase living space) with 80-inch mattresses, desks, and wardrobes. Two-bedroom apartments contain a furnished dining area. There are a limited number of semi-private two-bedroom or private one-bedroom apartments available. The Courtyards are located in the heart of campus.
Warhawk Hall is the largest residence hall at AUM. With 264 beds, it is conveniently located near AUM’s main entrance, across from a state-of-the-art Wellness Center and is the pick up / drop off location for Warhawk Transit. The crown-jewel of our housing areas, Warhawk Hall offers modern luxuries for today’s serious student.
