The purpose and aims of the AUM NAACP shall be to improve the political, educational, social, and economic status of minority groups across Auburn-Montgomery’s campus and surrounding community; to eliminate racial prejudice in all forms; to keep the Auburn-Montgomery Community aware of the adverse effects of racial discrimination; and to take lawful action to secure its elimination, consistent with all efforts of the national organization.

Student Art Association provides a support network for all Fine Arts students at AUM and works with the institution to generate awareness of the visual arts.
