The leadership academy is a comprehensive training program designed to meet the ever-increasing needs of organizational leadership. Many organizations from various industries utilize our leadership academy programs as a leadership development and succession planning tool to develop leaders who will further be equipped to strengthen organizational culture and sustain the mission of an organization.
Leadership academies include intensive exploration of individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, team formation and development, change management, organizational strategy and planning, collaboration and other essential skills. What to Expect
Leaders spend their time examining ways to challenge and build their leadership capacity while building relationships with their colleagues through a variety of leadership activities. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) to identify leadership strengths and growth areas, leaders gain critical awareness and begin the process of cultivating the leader within. A 360 degree feedback tool is typically utilized as a tool to develop a personalized leadership development plan.
Through Individual Coaching Sessions, Group Engagement, Field Experiences, and Teambuilding Activities, leaders develop team synergy while developing a plan for individual growth and a path to strengthen organizational culture. Additionally, leaders are presented with critical issues to analyze and resolve, presenting their findings and recommendations to an invited audience.
