Auburn University at Montgomery operates under policies passed by the Auburn University Board of Trustees; university-wide policies and procedures established by Auburn University; and Auburn University at Montgomery policies and procedures established through process by the Chancellor.
University Policy documents are not contracts. The University Board of Trustees and authorized Executive Officers of the University maintain the exclusive discretion to exercise the customary function of institutional management to revise University Policy as they deem appropriate.
How to Establish or Revise a Policy
During the comment period, comments and suggestions from Auburn University at Montgomery employees and students are welcome and should be given through the Qualtrics survey for each proposed policy. After consideration of the comments, the proposed policy will be approved by the Chancellor or returned to the appropriate party for further deliberation and/or revision.
