The Auburn University at Montgomery Student Alumni Association (SAA) is the student chapter of the AUM Alumni Association. The SAA enhances the college experience by involving students in preserving AUM’s traditions and inviting them to a variety of events, including SAA Kick-off, Homecoming and Dinner with a Dozen Warhawks. By providing valuable networking opportunities with AUM alumni, our organization supports professional growth and a lifetime of active engagement with your alma mater.
Any current student at AUM can join the Student Alumni Association. There are no restrictions based on class, major or GPA.
The Student Alumni Board of Directors is the governing body of the Student Alumni Association and is responsible for coordinating events and projects that help members network with alumni, and help students build a stronger sense of connection to AUM in preparation for graduation.
The Student Alumni Board is composed of three committees: Events, Membership, and Public Relations. Members of the board are chosen through a highly selective application and interview process each spring, and are judged based on professionalism, personality, past experience and leadership potential.
