AUM Committee on Discipline

As part of the student disciplinary process, students or student organizations who are alleged to have violated the Student Discipline Code might have their case adjudicated by the AUM Committee on Discipline (COD). Comprised of AUM faculty, staff, and students, the committee is responsible for hearing and reviewing all evidence and information regarding alleged violations, determine if the student or student organization is responsible for the allegations, and recommend appropriate sanctions.
