The AUM Warhawk personal training program is designed to provide Wellness Center members with motivation, education, guidance, and individual instructions required to achieve their personal fitness goals. The certified trainers (either AUM-certified or nationally certified) will design a tailored exercise program for each individual that reflects the clients objectives, fitness level, and experience.

I have been in fitness industry and training since 2009 but also personally for most all of my life. I am National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer Certified and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Fitness Certified. I have worked with various types of clients but I specialize in weight-loss, balance and flexibility, senior fitness, prehab and rehab.
Maeghan DePace
I began personal training at AUM’s Wellness Center while I was a student. In 2019 I graduated from AUM with a degree in Exercise Science, and in 2021 I was certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as an Exercise Physiologist. I have experience working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and special needs. Through personal training I desire to help clients enjoy exercise so that they can make physical activity a sustainable and enjoyable part of their lives.
Logan Roach
I am an AUM Certified Personal Trainer. I’m passionate about fitness because it’s a big part of my life. I have played sport for 12 years and it’s a key part of my life. Staying healthy is important to me as it helps me to live my life how I like to. I want to help others as it would allow them to have the life they want to and be able to do all the things they want to do without being reduced due to physical issues and lack of physical health. I think what sets me apart from others is that I have been participating in sport for a long time and have a lot of experience with being fit and sustaining a healthy lifestyle along with work/life balance. My goal as a trainer is to impart my knowledge of the human body and help you maximize your potential and map your path to your goals.
Daniel Spain
I am an AUM Certified Personal Trainer. I have been in the gym for the past four years helping and serving an array of people, from experienced too unexperienced, execute their goals and maintain their motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle. I provide experience with coaching my classmates and teammates in and out the water as a member of the US Masters Swimming club, delivering a flexible yet persistent schedule. On top of my physical training, I am continuing to learn more about the physiology of the body through my degree of Biology/Pre-Health Sciences where I plan to adventure into Osteopathic medicine. My degree allows the opportunity to work around the predispositions of clients and ensure a better quality of service. My goal as a trainer is to develop a unique routine for each client that better suits them for a more gratifying experience.
Daniel Spain
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning, I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in sport management. I am a certified personal trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE)and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I also have my USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaching certification. I have been personal training for 4 years now. I have trained all types of clients, young, old, big, small, and with all types of specific needs and goals. I have always been fascinated with fitness and always wanted to look like the people I would watch on tv or in the movies or my favorite athletes and my dad. I really started taking fitness seriously when I was about 16 which was partly due to the fact that one of the mentors at the time was a former Mr. Alabama bodybuilder and a powerlifter. When I was able to see the changes my body made it inspired me to help others see the same changes and become the best version on themselves. I always wanted to help people and fitness is one way that I found out I could do that.
