Office of University Marketing

The Office of University Marketing coordinate all internal and external advertising efforts for the university. Our services include promoting events on campus, leading all marketing efforts for the university and its departments, producing graphic materials and managing the collective website management for the university. As part of those responsibilities, the Office of Marketing is also responsible for producing and maintaining the style standards set forth in the University Style Guide, and the university website.

Business Cards and Stationery

All business cards and stationery should be ordered through the Davis Direct portal. Use the ordering instructions to guide you through the process and contact Keri Burnett if you have any questions.

Graphic Design Services

If you need postcards, logos, t-shirts, or multi-page documents designed for advertising or recruiting purposes this is the place for you. Use this form to request a graphic design project and it will be added to Click up, our project management system.

Event Marketing

Use this form to request any of the following items to promote your event.

AUM Web Site Services

If you need the content on your pages revised, need new pages, need to reorganize all of your content, or request training for WordPress, this is the place to be. Fill out the web project request form to get your project flying.  Also, if you would like to schedule a meeting before submitting your form, please email the university WordPress developer @ [email protected] or the director of Marketing @ [email protected] and one of us will contact you to set up a meeting time.

People Finder/Directory

Use this form to request a new employee to be added, an existing employee’s information to be updated/changed, or the removal of an employee.

Photography Services

If you require our university photographer to attend an event to take photos for print or digital use please download the request form below.

Pre-Approval Form

All printed items paid for with university funds or that include an AUM logo or wordmark must receive a signed pre-approval form. Submit Pre-Order Approval forms via email to Keri Burnett.
