I’m pleased to participate in the CPM course. I’ve been able to refresh my skills as a manager. As a retired military member, previous leadership classes touch on some of the material in CPM. This course came at a time working at the state when my responsibilities were increasing. It is a timely refresher as well as opportunity for new areas of growth. Also noted are the networking opportunities among peers. I’ve gained valuable insight on the job activities performed in other state agencies that rely on IT services provided by OIT. I encourage others to take advantage of the course.
