Graduate Student Admissions

At AUM, you can pursue your graduate degree in more than 48 fields, as well as choose from two doctoral degree programs: Doctor of Nursing Practice and Public Administration and Public Policy (in conjunction with Auburn University). GMAT and GRE Waivers may be available in some cases.

As a metropolitan campus, it’s our mission to provide diverse educational opportunities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We use both traditional classroom and online delivery to ensure that the process of earning your degree fits your life. To that end, you’ll find an environment here conducive to teaching, research, scholarship and collaboration with government agencies, our community, and other educational institutions.

Apply in Three Simple Steps

Ready to apply? Applying for graduate school at Auburn University at Montgomery is easy. Just follow these steps.

Step 1

Fill Out The Online Application

Complete the online application and pay the $25 application fee. You will need to create an account if you are visiting the page for the first time.

Step 2

Transcripts

To apply to AUM, you’ll need to request official transcripts of all completed coursework from your previous college. Transcripts should be sent to the address below. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required for admittance to master’s programs.

Step 3

Test Scores

Have official GRE, MAT, or GMAT scores sent to AUM if needed. Scores should be less than five years old. Feel free to contact the Graduate Admissions Coordinator at (334) 244-3623 or graduateadmissions@aum.edu.
