AUM Celebrates Black History Month: Edna Lewis-Inspired Meal with Campus Services

Join Campus Services and the staff of the AUM Cafeteria in celebrating Black History Month and the culinary influence of Edna Lewis on Feb. 2 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Edna Lewis (April 13, 1916 – February 13, 2006) was a renowned American chef, teacher, and author who helped refine the American view of Southern cooking. Menu will feature popular items from In Pursuit of Flavor, the 2003 James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame winner. Dining will offer a drawing to students for a chance to win 1 of 5 copies of this cookbook and take free copies of certain recipes.
