Event details:
5:30-6:30 pm – drinks and socializing
6:30 pm – buffet style dinner
- Sliced New York strip w/ roasted garlic sauce
- Grilled Salmon w/ lemon dill sauce
- Vegetarian/vegan/dairy-free entree (TBD)
- Salad, chef’s choice sides, rolls & butter
- Cheesecake or fudge pie
