As part of the Kinesiology Department in the AUM College of Education, the Sports Nutrition minor provides you with a strong foundation in nutrition principles and assessment in the context of sport. It is an ideal minor for students who plan to pursue a career in–or have a strong interest in–physical education, health and fitness, coaching, corporate wellness or similar fields.
