COVID-19 vaccination program offers rewards for students

Fall 2021 students who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 – or who plan to be soon – can receive $200 and be entered into random drawings for much larger prizes.

Warhawk Health Services will host a pair of vaccination clinics this week – Wednesday, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and Friday, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., in Taylor Center 221-223. There is no charge to receive the two-shot Pfizer Bio-NTech vaccine, and no appointments are necessary.

Students who are fully vaccinated can provide proof of their vaccination status at each clinic to receive $200 and be entered into drawings for a $2,500 scholarship, multiple $1,000 scholarships, housing scholarships, iPads and other prizes.

AUM has administered Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines to more than 4,000 students, employees and community members. AUM students and employees are required to wear face coverings (securely covering the mouth and nose) while in classrooms and other shared indoor spaces on campus, as well as while using university transportation.

Resident Students: There will be no additional charge for residential parking permits. Resident Student parking permits are restricted to residential lots only and not in any of the general parking lots or the Wellness Center lot. If you wish to add a general parking pass that allows you to park on campus outside of Housing lots, you may register for the Housing/General permit.
