The computer lab and ITS Help Desk previously located in the Taylor Center has been relocated to the 2nd floor of the Library Tower. Lab use requires login with a student’s email account username and password. Outlook Web Access email accounts are created for all new students at the beginning of each semester.
To obtain your e-mail username and password students should have their Student ID number and Webster personal identification number/PIN:
Entering your Student ID number and birth date at the bottom of the Student Email Lookup page.
After successfully logging into the User Name Lookup you will be instructed how to login to your new AUM Student Email account.
Most open labs on campus use Pharos, a printing solution. Each student is given $50.00 in printing costs each semester. See the Taylor Center Lab Assistance if you have any questions.
