Program Description
Spanish is the second most-widely spoken language in the world. A Spanish language minor from the Division of International Studies provides students with an enriched view of the world around them as well as Spanish language skills that will prove useful in many professional occupations.
Many AUM students combine their Spanish minors with their main area of study to enhance career opportunities in international business, travel or communications, government, military and other job fields where knowledge of a foreign language and culture are essential. The Spanish minor can also serve to prepare students for study abroad and/or graduate and professional programs. AUM students benefit from a wide array of study-abroad opportunities.
