Safely Returning to Campus Training

Safely Returning to Campus Training

Auburn University at Montgomery’s Office of Human Resources is committed to ensuring the well-being of all students, faculty and staff in our campus community. Many of our community members began trainsitioning back to campus as of July 6, following the university’s shutdown due to COVID-19.

In the interest of preparing employees for the return to campus, AUM’s Office of Human Resources is providing the training course “Safely Returning to Campus.” All university employees and students working on campus are required to complete the course, which covers health and safety protocols for re-opening AUM. The course is comprised of three modules:

  • Health & Safety
  • Facilities & Campus Cleaning
  • Finding Help

The course information is based on current best practices recommended by AUM’s Re-Opening Task Force, the Alabama Department of Public Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other federal, state, and local public health officials. All employees will need to complete a brief quiz at the end of the course presentation to acknowledge completion of the training. Employees can access the training course online:

If you have questions, please email Christine Carlson, learning and development coordinator, at ccarlson@aum.edu.
