Program Options:

The Auburn University at Montgomery College of Nursing and Health Sciences offers a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program, available totally online The MSN has two program options, or tracks: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Nurse Educator for Interprofessional Practice.

Family Nurse Practitioner Track Plan of Study

Nurse Educator for Interprofessional Practice Track Plan of Study

The MSN is an online program, but students will come to campus for intensive experiences which will be pre-arranged for activities such as orientation, evaluation, and simulation experiences.

Graduates from the MSN program are prepared to sit for the certification examination appropriate for each specific program option.

Family Nurse Practitioner Track with Nurse Educator Certificate Plan of Study

The College of Nursing and Health Sciences also offers post-graduate certificate programs designed to prepare students with a previous MSN degree for careers in another advanced nursing specialty area.
