Program Description

The success of all organizations stems from the success of its people, and the best companies have robust HR departments who are skilled in hiring, training and compensating their employees. The HR minor for non-business majors at AUM allows students from any major to develop specialized knowledge in human resource management. You’ll learn about compensation, health and safety, labor law, problem-solving, testing and assessment and people management.
