Sue Thomson is an Associate Professor with an appointment in the Department of Biology in the School of Sciences. Her interests lie in veterinary medicine, immunology, epidemiology, molecular genetics, and microbiology. Her research interests involve animal diseases, resistance to disease, and diagnostic tests to detect diseases. She currently teaches courses in Biomedical Vocabulary; Epidemiology; Immunobiology: Directed Research; and Biology of Forensics. Other biology courses taught include Principles of Biology I and II; Zoology; General Microbiology; and Molecular Genetics.
