Secondary Education degrees prepare students to teach at the junior and senior high school levels. The School of Education supports students in every situation and therefore offers the necessary classes face-to-face, online, and in a hybrid format.

Secondary Education degrees prepare students to teach at the junior and senior high school levels (grades 6-12). Students choose one content area to concentrate in from English and Language Arts, Social Science, General Science and Mathematics. Classes are offered face-to-face, online, and in a hybrid format (a combination of both online and face-to-face delivery methods). An Art Education program is also available, which includes a P-12 certification.

A Secondary Education English Language Arts degree prepares students to teach in the area of English, Theatre, Communication, and Journalism at the middle, junior, and senior high school levels (grades 6-12).
