Dr. Stallings oversees the operations of the Honors Program, which includes teaching courses, recruiting faculty to teach Honors courses, advising, recruiting new students, updating the website, and a variety of other tasks.
Dr. Stallings grew up in Montgomery and graduated from Jefferson Davis High School. She is proud to be an alumna of Auburn University (B.S.Ed.), Auburn University at Montgomery (M.Ed.), and the University of Georgia (Ph.D.). Her 31-year teaching career includes 26 years in higher education: five at Georgia State University, 19 at Kennesaw State University, and the past two as AUM’s Honors Director. At KSU, she held leadership roles in the the College of Science and Mathematics, the Bagwell College of Education, University College, and the Honors College. She’s excited to be working with our AUMazing Honors students in her hometown of Montgomery .

Ms. Jackie has a variety of responsibilities in the Honors Program, including advising, handling Honors finances, scheduling classes, ordering textbooks. and assisting with everything else as needed.
Ms. Jackie earned her B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University and her M.S. in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from AUM. After growing up in Ohio, Ms. Jackie lived in California, Hawaii, and North Carolina before moving to Alabama.

Honors Administrative Associate Ms. Holly Singleton
Born and raised in Alabama, Holly Singleton recently graduated from AUM with a BSBA in Marketing. She has been working part time for the Honors Program since January of 2022 and transitioned to full time in May. As administrative associate, Holly works closely with faculty and students to help facilitate success across multiple academic areas.

Honors Faculty Dr. Brittni Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a UNIV Lecturer & Student Success Mentor who assists with advising and other Honors Program tasks as needed. A native of Montgomery, she earned a B.A. in Biology from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Ph.D. in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and especially enjoys working with college students.
