Overview of the government management cycle, including financing and legislative control; and professional and ethical financing and legislative control; and professional and ethical responsibilities of government financial managers with emphasis on public accountability and financial transparency.

Certified Government Financial Manager
CGFM designation is offered through the Association of Government Accountants. It is the largest and most recognized government specialization designation in the accounting profession.
