| Bio | Dr. Kevin Banning has taught strategy in the undergraduate and MBA programs at AUM since 1997. He also teaches small business management and currently serves as Head of the Management Department. Prior to joining the university, Banning held managerial positions in a Fortune 500 firm as well as an entrepreneurial startup company. His research interests include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, new venture creation and Japanese management education. |
