Dr. Kiker joined the AUM faculty in 2002.  His research interests generally focus on the "non task" elements of job performance and how these behaviors impact reward decisions in organizations.  Recently, Dr. Kiker's research has focused primarily on the effects of servant leadership and its effect on important organizational outcomes such as job performance, job satisfaction, citizenship behavior and commitment.
