Donald Nobles is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication & Dramatic Arts in the School of Liberal Arts.  He also is the director of the University Honors Program.  His principal research interests are the intersection of rhetoric and literature. His teaching and research interests are interdisciplinary, and his recent research has examined Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes, Platonism in the poetry of Mark Doty, and the art of William Christenberry.
