| Dr. Nanjundaswamy is an accomplished bioprocessing specialist with over ten years of relevant research experience in food, feed and pharmaceuticals. His research interests include: biofuels, enzymes, nutraceutical and pharmaceuticals, fermentation process optimization, food processing, microbial physiology and biochemistry, and chromatography.He enjoys training undergraduates, graduates and scientists in various aspects of bioprocessing and chromatography.
