Student Account Holds

This Request for Financial Clearance gives you the opportunity to register for a future term and continue enrollment. Upon receiving the request form, the Office of Student Accounts will review the account status and determine if there are any immediate steps needed to adress the current term balance. To be eligible for financial clearance, the current account balance must be below $3000.

In their response to the request, the Office of Student Accounts will provide guidance on managing your student account and offer options for paying the existing balance over time. When the financial review is completed, the student will sign an Acceptance of Financial Responsibility and the registration hold will be changed to a type that will allow registration. A transcript cannot be issued until the account balance is paid in full.

By pressing the submit button below you acknowledge that as of the registration cancellation deadline for the term requested, my account balance including the past due and current charges must be below $3,000 to avoid my schedule being cancelled.
