Photography Certificate
Program

This is an excellent means to develop your talents as a professional photographer or serious
hobbyist. The program is designed for those who work in commercial photography, marketing, public relations or graphic design.

In this program you have the choice of attending classes in Montgomery or Prattville. All classes will be offered in both locations with the
exception of Photoshop Elements 5.0.

To earn the certificate, you must complete three core courses totaling 40 hours of classroom instruction and an additional 24 hours of elective courses that are offered during the summer.

$898 fee includes core classes and electives. Payment options are available.


Montgomery Classes
911 Photography I is an introduction to 35mm film and digital photography. Must have a removable lens camera. (Digital or SLR)

Certificate Programs

Event Planning Certificate 

Event Planning Certificate trains you in all the core components of planning an event. Upon completion you are adequately qualified to work with any of the industry professionals such as: hotel/hospitality, rental companies, caters, florist or even go into business for yourself.

A 28 week program with 54 hours classroom hours plus an additional 24 hours of electives and a 10 hour practicum/final project for a total of 89 hours.

Saturday May 1st mandatory final project date, all students are required to be there from decoration to completion of event.

Classes meet from 6 p.m. -8 p.m. on Tuesday Nights
Classes will not meet Nov. 24, Dec.15, 22 and 29.

Fees/Cost $1125 (breaks down to $12.50 per hour)
$250 registration Fee due at the time of registration (non-refundable after the first class $50 retained before the first class.)
$438 first payment due on or before Nov. 17th
$437 second payment due on or before March 16th
