Project Management Courses
We provide a wide range of project management courses. For those who are new to the discipline, we provide Successful Project Management—Introductory Level. We offer an exam preparation course for those who are preparing for their Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam. We also offer a variety of courses for experienced project managers who want to improve their skills while earning Professional Development Units (PDUs) required by their PMP® certification. In addition, our hands-on Microsoft Project courses satisfy the needs of both new and experienced project managers who want to learn to use this software tool for more effective project planning and scheduling.

Introductory Course
• Successful Project Management—Introductory Level is a highly interactive seminar that provides an overview of project management concepts and principles using lecture, small group case studies and discussion. Course participants develop many of the project plan elements required to take a sample project from the initiating processes through planning, executing, controlling and closing. The course manual includes step-by-step performance tools such as checklists, worksheets, and guidelines that will help participants plan and manage project events. Provides 21 class hours that apply to PMP® or CAPM® requirements.
Project Management Professional Exam Preparation
• This course is designed to equip students to pass the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam. Through lecture, hands-on exercises, and sample test questions, participants will learn the information needed to successfully take and pass the exam. This course is also appropriate for those preparing for the CAPM® exam and provides 21 hours of training that apply to the requirements for the PMP or CAPM exam.
Hands-on Classes in Microsoft Project Software
• MS Project 2003 Introduction. In this two-day hands-on course, you will learn to set a project schedule; define task durations and relationships; add and assign resources; use calendars; assign costs; and work with the critical path. 14 PDUs.
• MS Project 2003 Intermediate/Advanced. This two-day hands-on course covers MS Project capabilities for customizing information, tracking project progress, working with multiple projects, working with resource pools, importing and exporting data. 14 PDUs.
• MS Project 2007 Introduction. In this two-day hands-on course, you will learn to set up a project schedule; define task durations and relationships; add and assign resources; use calendars ; assign costs; and work with the critical path. 14 PDUs.
Advanced Project Management Courses
These courses are for the advanced project managers who want to increase their skills. They also provide PDUs for those with PMP certifications. Advanced courses are offered less often and can be added to the schedule on request. These courses include:
