Auburn Montgomery's History program makes full use of the university's historic surroundings and will give you insight into the world and the forces and events that helped shape it.
You will learn to ferret out important information about the past, how to analyze and evaluate that information, and how to communicate your findings in an intelligent, convincing manner. You will also learn from one of the most academically qualified History faculties in the Southeast - every full-time faculty member in the History Department has published a book in his or her field.
