Take a deep breath, be present, and untangle your noodle. This group aims to create an understanding of mindfulness with a focus on techniques, benefits, and the practice of mindfulness.  Mindfulness is a tool that anyone can use at any time. It helps us slow down, manage thoughts and emotions, and be in the present moment as it unfolds.
