Please join Counseling and Health Promotion Services as Nikhil Ghodke leads a mindful meditation session. This secular meditation practice is not associated with any faith. Instead, it is an opportunity to become more present and to alleviate the pressures of daily life. Mindfulness meditation will take place on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the Spring semester. The sessions will last for 25–30 minutes. For more information, please contact Nikhil Ghodke.
