Please join Nikhil Ghodke, Assistant Professor in Graphic Design, as he leads faculty and staff through mindfulness meditation. This secular meditation practice is not associated with any faith. Instead, it is an opportunity to become more present and to alleviate the pressures of daily life. Mindfulness meditations will take place on the first Monday of each month during the fall semester at 3:00 p.m. in Goodwyn Hall room 111.
