If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, we ask that you notify the Division of Continuing Education (by phone, fax or in writing) no later than three working days prior to the beginning of the course. A full refund is given when cancellation is made three business days prior to the first scheduled session. A 50 percent refund is issued if cancellation is made after the first session, but prior to the second. No refund thereafter. No refunds will be given after the second session of any course.
