In order to participate you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Live in Alabama or work for an Alabama-based company
  • Be on a team of 2 individuals
  • Register online or visit an official weigh-in site

Scale Back Alabama.jpgThe Wellness Center will be a private weigh-in site for AUM students and employees. Your team must register and weigh in between Jan. 2226 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and then weigh out between Apr. 26 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in the AUM Wellness Center. The Wellness Center is offering an AUMazing prize of its own…a one-year membership will be given to the team selected in a random drawing if both team members each lose 10 pounds. Your team may be composed of individuals outside of campus, but they will only be eligible for prizes awarded by Scaleback Alabama.
