New software is available to CDS students to use in the lab or at home on a personal computer. To be granted access to the software download, you must fill out, sign, and return the CDS Premier Literacy Agreement form.

CDS provides the Student Inquiry Form for prospective and current AUM students who are interested in being registered with CDS.

Documentation Criteria

A student who requires academic or program accommodation must present current documentation from a provider qualified to diagnose the disabling condition. Specific requirements depend upon the area of accommodation and often vary from case to case. Documentation requirements for common accommodations may be found in our menu.
