New software is available to CDS students to use in the lab or at home on a personal computer. To be granted access to the software download, you must fill out, sign, and return the CDS Premier Literacy Agreement form.

CDS provides the Student Inquiry Form for prospective and current AUM students who are interested in being registered with CDS.


Accommodations


 

Students receiving services must have a documented disability as defined by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and by the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.

Students are responsible for supplying current and sufficient documentation of the disabling condition. Documentation is reviewed by the Center's professional staff and is utilized in determining appropriate accommodations for individual students.

Exam Accommodations

Students with disabilities are encouraged to provide reasonable notification to instructors for exam accommodations. If CDS proctors the exam, it is the student's responsibility to contact CDS at least five days prior to an exam. CDS will not proctor make-up or retake exams during final exam week. Further, it is the student's responsibility to notify CDS of any changes or cancellations in the test schedule.

Faculty/Staff Accommodations

Faculty and Staff requiring accommodations should contact the Human Resources Department at (334) 244‑3253. The Human Resources and CDS offices will work collaboratively to provide accommodations as needed.
