Confucius Institute Grand Opening

The Auburn Montgomery Confucius Institute had a grand opening celebration on Nov. 2, 2012. Attending the grand opening were officials from the Montgomery municipal government and school district, representatives from the Chinese Consulate General in Houston, and a delegation from the Hubei University of Economics led by President Zhou Yuanwu. Over 200 guests gathered to witness the creation of the Confucius Institute.
