Campus Recreation

Outdoor Adventure Program

The Outdoor Adventure program was established to provide a wide range of outdoor activities and programs at a variety of skill levels for the AUM community. Participants have the opportunity to develop lifetime recreational skills, learn about safety and proper technique, gain an appreciation and concern for our natural environment, meet new people, and have a great time!

Students can earn academic credit (2 credits) by taking the Outdoor Recreation class offered by the Department of Physical Education and Exercise Science. The class is offered twice during the fall and spring semesters and once during the summer.

For more information about the class, contact Charles Ferguson at cfergus4@aum.edu or 334-244-3933.
