Orientation

Orientation registration instructions have been mailed to accepted and confirmed students.

Orientation is required for all those accepted into the Seamless program.

For those accepted and confirmed for the AU campus, orientation will be held at the Auburn Hotel and Conference Center and there is no charge for parking at the conference center. You will have the option to select one of the orientation dates (Wednesday, June 13, 2012 or Monday, July 16, 2012); however, space in each session is limited and once a session is full you will no longer be allowed to register for that session. On your selected date, orientation will begin with sign-in starting at 7:45am, will start promptly at 8:00am, and will end at approximately 1:00pm with an optional tour of Auburn’s campus at 3:00pm.

For those accepted and confirmed for the Montgomery campus, orientation will be held at Auburn Montgomery which has ample parking and you may park in any location not designated as faculty/staff or handicapped parking. You will have the option to select one of the orientation dates (Friday, June 8; Friday, July 20; or Friday, August 3); however, space in each session is limited and once a session is full you will no longer be allowed to register for that session. On your selected date, orientation will begin with sign-in starting at 8:00am, will start promptly at 9:00am, and will end after registration of fall classes or by 5:00pm.

Before attending the Montgomery campus orientation, you may be required to take a placement test. All placement testing will need to be done the week before your scheduled orientation. Information on the placement testing can be found here.
