HR inviting employees to Picnic on the Quad, taking requests for Summer Song of the Week

QuadPicnics_blastThe Office of Human Resources is gearing up for summer, and what better way to do that than to throw down the picnic blankets and turn up the radio? First, get out of the office and bring your lunch, games and workmates to the Quad on Friday, May 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Picnics on the Quad. Do NOT bring work, work topics or work questions. Come when you can, and leave when you must. But don't worry about rain - the picnic will move to Taylor Center 230 if the weather decides it doesn't like picnics.

2014SSoftheWeek_blastWhile you're planning your picnic getaway, start getting in that summer mood by thinking about what song you want to submit for the Summer Song of the Week. Each week from June 2 through Aug. 25 one lucky DJ will have his or her record choice spun on AUMnet for campus employees to listen to when they want to. All submissions should be sent to by May 30 with "2014 Summer Song of the Week" in the subject line.
