In the event you cannot make it to the checkpoint on campus, there will be a virtual checkpoint held via Zoom meeting each Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Complete the survey and an email will be sent to you with instructions. This option is for out-of-state and students who are working or in class during the in-person checkpoint only. Students will be seen one-at-a-time through the waiting room feature in the meeting.
If you are registering via the virtual checkpoint, please bring your student ID, your proof of vaccination card, and your student (S) number.
Students who are participating in dual enrollment programs or who are also benefit-eligible employees of Auburn University are not eligible to participate. Winners from previous weeks are not eligible for future prizes.
To claim prizes, students must present vaccination documentation within 7 days from the date the winning email is sent. Email will include all information where to pick-up prizes and present proof of immunization.
Some individual prizes, such as the $1,000 scholarship, may affect the winning student’s financial aid award package. Students who receive university scholarships, grants and/or federal financial aid should consult with the Office of Financial Aid to assess the impact the prize may have on any existing financial award packages.
Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to certain date restrictions. Students who accept a prize agree to allow their name and/or likeness to be used to publicly announce their prize status.
Certain limitations will apply to “Park anywhere passes”. Areas designated for specific uses such as handicapped parking and loading zones will not be available for pass usage.
