Employees - get your ballot for Teachers' Retirement System runoff election in by Feb. 11
You may have noticed when you checked your mailbox yesterday that you received a ballot for the Teachers' Retirement System runoff election. This is an important election, and you are encouraged to vote.
The runoff is for two seats on the 14-member TRS Board of Control, which is responsible for establishing policy, overseeing system investments and representing member interests. The outcome of this election will have a significant impact on the future direction of the TRS and the role played by the Alabama Education Association.
