AUM to conduct emergency exercise on Aug. 2

On Aug. 2, the Office of Public Safety and Risk Management, in partnership with the Montgomery Police Department and emergency management officials, will conduct an active shooter exercise on the AUM campus from 9 a.m. until 2 pm.

This exercise will test the campus crisis plan and provide an opportunity for law enforcement, fire and medical agencies to evaluate and critique their response actions. In addition, media representatives will likely be on campus in response to the drill.
