Taylor Center renovations continue, walking routes and entry points designated
Renovations to the Taylor Center are continuing with the start of two new phases on Monday. Some adjustments will need to be made regarding entry and exit points to the Taylor Center and pedestrian traffic around the building.
A construction fence will be installed around the south end (former police office location) of the Taylor Center this week. Construction will begin Monday, Nov. 7, and both phases are scheduled to be completed in the spring.
Click on the image below to view a full-size map of entry and exit points and routes for pedestrian traffic. The yellow line represents the construction fence. Everyone should stay out of this area, following the orange lines for safe walking around the building.
The red areas mark ADA access points and emergency exits on the first floor. All other traffic to and from the Taylor Center should enter and exit through the second floor doors, including the entrance to the new Bookstore location.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as Auburn Montgomery continues to improve the Taylor Center.
