Quick List returns to People Finder at AUM.edu

Back by popular demand, the Quick List has returned to AUM.edu's People Finder. Users of the People Finder now have the options to print the full AUM directory or the Quick List. After selecting People Finder at the top of any page at www.aum.edu, users have the options below the “Search by Name” box to Print Full Directory or Print Quick List.  The Quick List is a two-page document that includes AUM units, unit heads, administrative support personnel and the number of the administrative support person. The best thing about these features is that both lists are always as up-to-date as People Finder (People Finder is updated each time a personnel change occurs and is submitted to University Relations through the Office of Human Resources). And don't forget - staff users with profiles in People Finder can keep their profiles current through My AMPS. Users who find any errors or have questions about this feature should contact Charise Alexander at 244-3643 or calexa19@aum.edu.
