Business students head to Europe to study global economy

Five of Auburn Montgomery's brightest business students departed from Montgomery Regional Airport on Wednesday for a ten-day trip to Europe to study global economics. While abroad, they will have the opportunity to visit the prestigious London School of Economics, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and numerous other sites of interest in Paris, Frankfurt and London.

"Due to the globalization of the business marketplace, it is imperative that our students are afforded the opportunity to see the business world outside the tri-county area," said Jeff Bates, trip advisor, who serves as an instructor and student services coordinator for the AUM School of Business.
